Guest Rooms and Suites
Seventeen rooms are distributed in different contexts, they tell each other about the place that welcomes them. Some are located on the first floor of the old manor house, others in the spaces that in the past were used as the cellar, others completely immersed in the green countryside, where large windows allow the walls of these rooms to be the surrounding citrus trees.
Rooms are divided into: Unique Suite, Blend Room, Iconic Room, Historic Room, Pool Villa, Pool Villa Spa.
Restaurant & Bar
In a special space where time has stopped, enabling sounds, fragrances and tastes to take over.It is in the old wine chamber, where wine was fermenting in the old days, that the harming restaurant takes place. This is the “Slow” dimension of tastes, spaces and times, letting the old flavors and atmosphere to take over. It is within this setting that our Chef Giuseppe Raciti and his team create new culinary stories, made of creativity, tradition and territory.
The lounge bar, located at the entrance of the winery, it is the perfect stop for an aperitif or cocktail from Gin Tonic to Spritz according to the best Italian and continental tradition. An intimate atmosphere, also thanks to comfortable sofas, where you can sip a beer, a soft drink or a glass of wine along with some delicacies.
The Cellar of Zash stores the best Etna wines, the terroir of wine that Zash belongs to, with the local vines, Nerello mascalese and Carricante as the focus of attention.
Wellness
Here nothing is left to chance: the pool stone is the lava of Etna, strong and powerful. Bare feet touch the water and feel the wood, while the warm warmth of the intimate spaces of the hammam and sauna welcome the aromas of the garden.
