WALKING TOUR MONTALCINO – SANT’ANTIMO ABBEY

Meet your English-speaking guide at the hotel’s lobby and transfer to Sant’Antimo Abbey, an incredible Romanesque church made with Travertine stone. The abbey is a typical stop for pilgrims who are walking the Via Francigena, a long medieval pilgrimage route that stretches from Canterbury all the way down to Rome. After the visit you will have a nice walking tour from Sant’Antimo Abbey to Montalcino, one of the most famous areas in Tuscany thanks to the production of Brunello wine.

Here you will visit an important winery who produces Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G, Rosso di Montalcino D.O.C.

You will have a guided tour of the winery and a wine tasting followed by typical Tuscan lunch.
