Day 2: FULL DAY UFFIZI AND ACCADEMIA GALLERY
Meet the guide at the hotel’s lobby and walk to the Uffizi Gallery. The Uffizi Gallery is one of the most famous art galleries in Italy and in the whole world: The Gallery was designed and built by the famous architect and painter Giorgio Vasari. This facility was intended to house the offices (“uffizi” in sixteenth-century Florentine language) of the magistrates of the city. Today the Uffizi Gallery is one of the top destinations for travellers all over the world and it’s especially famous for its incredible collection of Renaissance paintings. 1h – lunch break. Walk to Accademia Gallery .This museum houses the largest Michelangelo sculpture collection in the world, including, amongst others, the renowned David, The Prisoners and San Matteo. In addition, here you will find the single largest collection of paintings on gold background and also the Museum of musical instruments.

Day 3: MEET THE ARTISANS IN FLORENCE
Meet your expert tour guide at your hotel. Visit of a typical neighbourhood where a real food market and artisans can be observed while producing some of their unique articles (Florentine mosaics, marbled papers, leather items, customized shoes, bags and goldsmith. You will have the opportunity seeing some of these craftsmen at work observing their meticulous practices and their tools. You will visit the private workshops of these distinguished individuals, providing a behind the scenes look at the current state of artisan production. The artisans’ choice will be decided together.

Day 4: SAN GIMIGNANO – TUSCANY
San Gimignano is on the itinerary today as you head off on a full-day excursion. San Gimignano, famous for its Vernaccia wine, and its skyscrapers, was declared a World heritage Site by UNESCO.
This medieval town is one of the most beautiful towns in Italy and one of the most popular. .The guided walking tour will last about 3h

Day 5: E-BIKE TOUR AND LUNCH
Meet the guide at your hotel and short transfer to Chianti hills. Chianti offers a unique landscape: gentle hills covered by vineyards and olive groves, small stone villages and farmhouses. You’ll start biking at the border of Chianti and during the bike tour you will visit the Castle of Brolio with the 12th century castle gardens, the family’s private chapel and the unique museum. After this visit to the past, you will complete the bike tour with a wine tour and tasting followed by a typical Tuscan in a Chianti winery or restaurant.

Day 6: COOKING CLASS IN VAL D’ORCIA
Today you’ll discover the traditional dishes of the Val d’Orcia. During the lesson you’ll learn how to prepare a complete menu and while you will grab some ingredients straight from the farm grounds, knead and stir, your private Chef will tell you episodes related to his life on the farm, notions on organic farming and the experience made over the past twenty years at farmhouse. The ingredients used during the cooking class will naturally be produced on site and at the end you will taste the fruit of your work together with the cheeses produced at the farm. The activity will last about 5 hours.

Day 7: MONTEPULCIANO, PIENZA AND HISTORIC WINERY
Meet the driver at the hotel’s lobby and transfer to Montepulciano. Today you’ll discover two of the gems of Tuscany: Montepulciano and Pienza. Your tour will start with Montepulciano, famous for its red wine “Nobile id Montepulciano” and for its great monuments made during the Renaissance. Together with your guide you’ll walk in the historical center and you’ll admire the main monuments. During lunch time you’ll visit a nearby winery where you’ll taste some Montepulciano wine and a traditional Tuscan meal. After lunch transfer to Pienza, a little ancient hamlet with an amazing example of Renaissance architecture. You’ll admire the Piazza Pio II, the Palazzo Piccolomini and Palazzao Borgia. The town is an UNESCO Word Heritage Site. Stop in Pienza about 1h. Transfer back to your hotel.
