TRADITIONAL APULIAN COOKING CLASS, OLIVE OIL AND WINE
Meet the driver at the lobby and transfer to a typical masseria where you will learn the secrets of the Apulian cuisine and you’ll enjoy your dishes with a good glass of wine. The cooking lesson will last about 4 hours and you’ll learn how to cook a homemade pasta dish with its sauce, a meat-based main dish with vegetable side dish or starch side dish. After the cooking lesson you will visit the underground oil mill of 700 and the barrel cellar. Then you’ll return to the masseria and you’ll enjoy your lunch and wine tasting.
Transfer back to your hotel at the end of the tour.
