TOP QUALITY ETNA WINE TOUR
Private transfer to Palmento Costanzo for a tasting to discover the uniqueness of this terroir through a guided emotional wine tasting. The tasting tour starts with a walk in the vineyard reared as a small tree and continue towards the palmento, the traditional Etnean winery used in the eighteenth century, a place built in basins of black lava stone where the grapes were crushed and processed to produce wine and store it. You will taste 6 glasses of wine and then you will be transferred to another winery.
The second winery you will visit will be Cottanera. You will learn about the the history of Cottanera with description of the territory and a tour of the wine cellar, of the “barriccaia” and awalk along the vineyard. The wine tasting will be served with a typical Sicilian lunch of 3 dishes cooked according to the traditional recipes of Cottanera Family. The visit and lunch will last about 3 hours.
