You’ll be able to understand better the processing and all the other secrets of this incredible ham. Then you’ll have a tasting of different San Daniele ham together to a nice Italian menu.
After lunch transfer to a nice winery where you’ll visit the Medieval wine aging cellar and you’ll taste 5 types of wine: Isonzo red and white wine, Collio red and white wine.
Transfer back to your hotel at the end of the day.
