Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano and Aceto Balsamico

We will start this incredible day in the food Valley with the visit of Parmigiano Reggiano dairy and cheese tasting. The Parmigiano is produced exclusively in the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena and parts of the provinces of Mantua and Bologna. Today we’ll discover all the secrets of this incredible cheese. After we will visit the production of Prosciutto di Parma ham with tasting. After that we will have a typical lunch in a nice restaurant. In the afternoon we’ll visit the Aceto Balsamico tradizionale di Modena factory and will taste the “black gold”.
