Meet the driver at the hotel’s lobby. Your journey in the Food Valley will start with the “King of Cheeses” – the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese. You’ll see first hand the making of it, the salt pools and the storage rooms. Of course you’ll get a chance to taste this amazing cheese.Further you’ll visit a real Prosciutto di Parma producer. You’ll see the operators hand salting the hams and you’ll visit the maturation and storage rooms. Typical lunch in restaurant.In the afternoon you’ll visit an Aceto Balsamico tradizionale di Modena factory and you’ll learn the difference between the “black gold” and the other vinegars. Tasting session at the end of the visit with 3 different seasonings.
