Today you’ll discover one of the most popular flavours in the world: pizza and gelato.
You will taste 2 delicious types of pizza: pizza alla pala (pizza on a peel ovens) and pizza alla teglia (pan pizza). You can try the traditional Pizza Margherita with only Mozzarella cheese and fresh tomato or you can choose other flavours: Prosciutto ham, mushrooms, vegetables, tuna etc. You will also learn about the pizza making and the dough rising time, which is the most important part.
You will finish the tour with 2 samples of refreshing artisanal gelato. The tour will last about 3 hours.
