L’Andana has 2 main buildings, the Villa and the Fattoria, united by a delightfully informal Winter Garden, the lobby and the reception.

La Villa’s 33 rooms have been prepared with attention to the tiniest of details and furnished with taste and refinement, while maintaining an intimate and familiar atmosphere.
All the rooms offer an evocative view over the Maremma countryside and each one has a traditional Tuscan stone fireplace to further warm the atmosphere. All these features make L’Andana one of the most enchanting luxury villas in Toscana.
La Casa has a total of 14 rooms and suites, each with views of the green and surrounding hills, covered in orderly rows of olive trees, and beyond, live oaks, strawberry trees. All the rooms and suites are tastefully furnished using materials and colours to convey the true essence of Maremma Grossetana.
Restaurants and bars
Restaurant La Villa: The kitchen has the cozy, informal atmosphere of a domestic kitchen and leads to and intimate dinning room with a delightful stone fireplace and to a charming veranda overlooking the park. The dishes are reflecting genuine local tradition, where the delicate flavors of the sea flank stronger ones from the land.
La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini: entered in the 2016 in the Olympus of the best gourmet restaurants, gaining the Michelin Star. La Trattoria is a contemporary restaurant, a simple meeting place where experiencing the atmosphere and flavors of an exclusive “trattoria Toscana” restaurant.
Spa & Wellness
The ESPA is surrounded by a refined atmosphere, with suggestive ceiling vaults, natural materials, warm colors and romantic scented candles.
There are 4 treatment cabins, one of which is dedicated to two treatments, a state-of-the-art fitness room, a steam room and a vitality pool.
