The Jewish community in Rome is known to be one of the oldest Jewish communities in Europe and also one the oldest continuous Jewish settlements in the world, dating back to the first century BCE.
This kosher cooking class will teach you the ancient cooking tradition of the fantastic Roman Jewish Cuisine. You will prepare a classic Roman Jewish meal of three courses: two appetizers, pasta and a main course. At the end you will enjoy your lunch with the prepared dishes.
The cooking class will last about 3 hours.
