The atmospheres of the past, the emotions of the present. The rooms were restructured in order to leave the history, but at the same time take the best of modernity guaranteeing a pleasant stay. Each room offers a breath-taking view of the surrounding vineyards and are furnished in a refined country style, with special attention given to the selection of colors and fabrics. A romantic and welcoming atmosphere permeates the rooms and the large common areas on the ground floor, complete with little nooks where you can go for a chat in front of the fireplace, a bit of relaxing reading or a tasting of the wines of Castello di Buttrio.

Restaurant & Bar
Osteria al Castello di Buttrio: In a welcoming and familiar environment, the kitchen offers regional mainstays and the typical specialties of these hills: cold cuts and cheeses, first courses, grilled meats. The bistrot provides a rich menu that meets the needs of vegetarians, coeliacs and those with food intolerances with dedicated dishes according to the season.
Vineyards and Wine Cellar
The first objective, on these hills where vines , was to understand and capitalize on the wealth of historic vineyards, considered the real heritage of the company. Cultivated around the castle, within an area of about 10 hectares, they date back to circa 1940 and, with their various indigenous varietals, represent the wine history of Friuli. These plants, pillars of time, instinctively convey strength and give balance and structure to the wine.
The guests are welcomed to get acquainted with the process of wine production and, of course, taste the wine produced by the Castello di Buttrio.
