Villa Carlotta Hotel offers three types of rooms, all benefitting from natural light and equipped with every amenity for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The quality of the king-size bed ensures deep sleep in a warm and minimalistic setting.
Suites
The suite “Principe” is the most prestigious room in the hotel. With a contemporary design, it is located in the first floor where it enjoys a splendid view over the park, the swimming pool and the close Hyblaean mountains.
Thanks to the comfort of the king-size bed, the jacuzzi, the shower and the spacious living room, it is ideal to accommodate honeymooners or guests who look for maximum relaxation and well-being.
Junior Suites Gilestra
The Triple Junior Suites and Quadruple Junior Suites “Gilestra” consist of a confortable living room with a single/double sofa bed and a loft with double king-size bed. Spacious, refined and intimate, they offer a bathroom with shower, direct access to the park and swimming pool and all commodities for an unforgettable romantic getaway or a memorable family holiday
Classic Rooms
The classic “Malavita” rooms are elegant, bright and comfortable. Provided with king-size bed, desk and a large walk-in shower, they are perfect for holiday or business travelers.
Two of them are accessible and equipped to welcome guests with disabilities.

La Fenice restaurant: With a refined and minimalist design, “La Fenice” gourmet restaurant is a destination for travelers who wish to make food and wine tours or itinerary in Ragusa and in Sicily. Being the place of chef Claudio Ruta’s action, inspiration and professionalism, since 2010 it boasts one Michelin star of the prestigious guide. Since 2005 we are partners of the regional association “Le Soste di Ulisse”, a circuit of selected hotels and restaurants that represent the cream of Sicilian hospitality.
Our original gastronomical identity represents a creative synthesis of tradition and innovation; between the ancient recipes from the Hyblaean area and the contemporary taste.
Swimming pool and spa
Villa Carlotta hotel has inside its fabulous garden a large outdoor swimming pool.
The free use of sun-umbrellas, deckchairs and towels allows guests to leisurely lie down in the large solarium and have a wonderful time of peace and relaxation.
