Meet the driver at the hotel’s lobby and  private transfer to Hombre Farm, one of the most important collection of Maserati, motocycles, tractors and other cars of various kinds. The farhouse has also an important Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory. You’ll have a tour of the factory and taste samples of this world famous cheese.

Transfer to Parma countryside where you’ll visit the old cellars of Antica Corte Pallavicina where the Michelin star Chef Massimo Spigaroli keeps his precious “Culatello di Zibello ham”.

You’ll be delighted with an amazing lunch where you’ll taste the highights of this area: Culatello,Parmigiano Reggiano, strolghino salami,  Fresh home made pasta, juicy meats etc (Menù may change).

After lunch transfer back to Bologna and visit of a Balsamic Vinegar factory.
