HANDS-ON PASTA MAKING IN FLORENCE

The first step in your cooking class is the selection and use of the best ingredients with a focus on the right type of flour, whether you will make the pasta with or without eggs, and tips from your expert pasta making chef. You will knead, roll and cut pasta such as tagliatelle or tagliolini and then experiment with different fillings and colors to make pasta such as ravioli, tortellini or cappelleti. No pasta should have to be alone; your cooking class in Florence will continue with sauce preparation where you will learn how to “match” pasta shapes with the right sauce and create three delicious sauces.
At the end the dishes are tasted at a nice set table.
