Guided visit of the one of the most important wineries – Castello Banfi winery and vineyards, followed by a tasting of four of their premium wines. You’ll discover as well the Balsameria and taste the Condimento Balsamico Etrusco.
The Balsameria appears as a wine barrel cellar in miniature. In this place, once used as a remote storage for the castle the “condimento balsamico etrusco” was born.The Condimento is much more refined than most of the balsamic vinegars on the market today. Castello Banfi use the methods of the ancient Etruscans. The experience continue enjoying a lunch of three-course tasting menu with paired wines at La Taverna restaurant.
