COOKING CLASS IN ORVIETO HISTORIC WINERY
Today you will enjoy a fantastic experience in Decugnano dei Barbi winery, where you will be guided through ancient caves that are still used for the production of sparkling wines and for aging in barrels of red wine. After the visit, you will wear an apron and along with a local cook and a Wine Educator you will take part to a traditional cooking courses in the Chapel of Santa Maria del Decugnano. You will prepare a 4-course meal. The menu, always in season and closely linked to the culinary tradition of Orvieto, will be paired with five different wines.
