COOKING CLASS IN MORELLINO OF SCANSANO WINERY
Meet the driver at the hotel and short transfer to Grosetto countryside, where you will explore the entire local wine production process, from the vineyards to grape harvest, from winemaking to bottling. You will enjoy an exclusive visit to the cellar of a wonderful family estate “Terenzi”, visit the cellars and taste different types of wine typical for that zone. After the visit, together with the chef, you will prepare homemade pasta accompanied with the typical Tuscan sauce. It will become your delicious lunch paired with local wines, specifically: Balbino Vermentino Maremma Toscana DOC, Morellino di Scansano DOCG, Madrechiesa Morellino di Scansano Riserva DOCG, Francesca Romana IGT Toscana.
