COOKING CLASS AT A LOCAL’S HOME IN BOLOGNA
Learn how to cook in a local home is a wonderful way to gain insight into Italy’s real culture.
You’ll learn to roll Bologna’s trademark fresh egg pasta: tortellini, Tortelloni, lasagna, tagliatelle or the iconic Bolognese ragù sauce.
As dessert, you will try the typical Zuppa inglese or Mascarpone cream
You’ll prepare 3 local recipes (starter, pasta dish and dessert) with your local Chef and will discover the secrets of regional Italian cuisine.
After the cooking class, you’ll taste your own creations accompanied by local wines.
