Cooking class and wine tasting in the Sorrentine peninsula

The 30 minutes of presentation by Sommelier of the typical Campania region wines followed by visit to vineyard. Sampling of 4 different wine qualities: a sparkling, a white one, a red one and a passito. Before starting the cooking class, visit of the farmhouse to learn the agriculture tradition of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Then together with chef the guests will harvest vegetables in the garden. Than cooking class will start, which will consist of the preparation of starters, fresh pasta (ravioli with ricotta cheese and herbs and gnocchi), second course and farmhouse dessert.
