Dated back to 320-350 A.D., the villa most likely belonged to a member of Rome’s senatorial class, probably a governor of the Eternal City itself. The tour will last about 2 hours. You’ll have also about 2 hour to have lunch in Piazza Armerina then you’ll be transfer to Caltagirone for a walk (self guided).
