For centuries, the thermal waters flowing from the depths of San Giuliano Terme have been appreciated for their healing properties. As a favourite of the Etruscans and the Romans, as well as the Medici family, the hot springs of Pisa rose to fame in 1743 when the Grand Duke of Tuscany, Francis Stephen of Lorraine, decided to build his summer spa residence here.

The comfortable double sofa bed can turn this suite into a triple or quadruple room. The Junior Suite Exclusive can be interconnected with the Junior Suite Prestige to offer more space.
The Suites are an exclusive option for guests that features natural light, wonderful four poster beds, 7 m high vaulted ceilings decorated with splendid original 18th century pastel coloured frescoes, sophisticated marble bathrooms, and all the modern comforts you can ask for. A double sofa bed allows this suite to be used turned into a triple or quadruple room.
The Granduke’s Suite is the most prestigious Suite with its spacious and incredibly elegant bedroom and its large, well-lit sitting-room. It welcomes guests with its wonderful original 18th century pastel frescoes and sumptuous four-poster bed. A double sofa bed enables it to accommodate three or four persons.
