Antica Corte Pallavicina has been carefully restored and it is now back to its ancient beauty: a huge number of Culatelli, Parmigiano wheels and wines age inside the cellars, in the 1 Star Michelin restaurant it is possible to taste the Bassa Parmense best kitchen and to overnight inside amazing ancient rooms with view on Po river and its floodplain.

Built at the beginning of 1400 on a prior fortification by Marquises Pallavicino of Polesine, Antica Corte Pallavicina has got spectacular cellars, where cured meats, culatelli, cheeses and wines are sharpened.

Antica Corte Pallavicina: The restaurant got 1 Star from Michelin guide in 2011 and it is the top cooking of Bassa Parmense: a refined and polished cooking, as requested by an elite restaurant.

The ingredients of its dishes are almost home-made only. An amazing and “colorful” cooking, where home-made products dominate, together with garden vegetables. That is the way Chef Massimo Spigaroli made the success of his restaurant.

Al Cavallino Bianco: The restaurant is at about 5 min by foot from Antica Corte Pallavicina. The owner is the Michelin star chef’s brother, Luciano Spigaroli. The cuisine is typical and traditional but at the same time refined.

Hosteria: A place with old charm and welcoming, where you can rediscover the ancient recipes or just enjoy a good plate of charcuterie accompanied by country bread baked in a wood-burning oven.
