The Dolomites are an absolute mecca for outdoor enthusiasts. With plenty of activities to choose from, one of the most popular things to do here is hiking. From short, flat walks to challenging hikes with significant elevation changes, day hikes to multi-day excursions, the Dolomites offer a wide variety of options for hikers of all skill levels.
This whole week will offer you a wonderful stay in two of the Dolomite’s gems: San Cassiano and Cortina.

Day 1 WELCOME TO THE DOLOMITES
Private transfer from Venice airport to San Cassiano
Check in, Dinner on your own and overnight in 5* Hotel.
Day 2 HIKING TOUR FALZAREGO AND LAGAZUIOI
(3/4hrs – altitude: about 300 m)
You will meet the guide at the hotel’s lobby You will take a short transfer (25 min) until Passo Falzarego, from here you will leave on foot going up the Kaiserjäger, reaching the summit of the Pic Lagazuoi, where you will stop for a break and admire the beautiful view. Step Falzarego and its surroundings, and in particular the Lagazuoi, were the Dolomites front and combat territories of the First World War World. Nowadays we still find trenches and tunnels dug at that time, witnesses of the dramatic fights that you they are carried out in this area. The Kaiserjägerweg that you will ascend, was the communication route of the Austro-Hungarians, between the valley floor and high altitude stations. You will go down the opposite side of Lagazuoi, reaching the Scoiattoli hut, here we will stop for the lunch. Then we will go down to the Alpine hut and transfer to the hotel (about 25 min)

Day 3: VAL DI FANES HIKING TOUR
(3hrs – altitude: about 300 m)
9.30 am meet the guide in hotel and transfer to Rifugio Fanes (about 25 min). From here you will climb to the Col di Locia and then cross the wild Val di Fanes, the scene of many Dolomites legends. From the Val di Fanes you will descend to Pederü, where you will return by private transfer to the hotel (about 25 min).

Day 4: BRUNICO GUIDED TOUR
9.30 AM meet the driver in hotel and transfer to Brunico where you’ll have a nice walking tour through the City.
Brunico is situated in Val Pusteria – Pustertal valley. One of the most beautiful sight of Brunico is the Castle. Not far from there lies the War Cemetery.
From these green places of tranquility, it is not far to one of the most imposing gates to the city.
Facades with artistic gabled construction and possibilities to stop off for a bite or a drink. This is the famous Via Centrale of Brunico, the loveliest shopping street in all of South Tyrol.
Transfer back to San Cassiano,
Overnight in 5* Hotel.
Day 5: TRANSFER FROM SAN CASSIANO TO CORTINA
Breakfast in hotel and private transfer to Cortina.
Check in, dinner on your own and overnight in 5*hotel
Day 6: TRE CIME DI LAVAREDO HIKING TOUR
(4/5hrs – altitude: about 400 m)
9.00 am meet the guide in hotel and private transfer to the hiking starting point (car parking Auronzo shelter – about 40 min).
The Dolomites are a true paradise for every hiking and climbing enthusiast, offering great tours and amazing landscapes. You will start with a transfer to Rifugio Auronzo for a beautiful hike around the Tre cime of Lavaredo. The famous Tre Cime di Lavaredo (The Three peaks) are known all over the world. There is an easy path that makes a circle around these mountains allowing the impressive views of all their faces. Nearby mountains are Monte Paterno and Croda de l’Arghena. Possibility of lunch in shelter. Return back to the Auronzo shelter and transfer back to your hotel (about 40 min)

Day 7: HIKING TOUR FANES WATERFALLS
(About 4hrs – Altitude: 300 m)
9.00 am meet the guide in hotel and private transfer to the hiking starting point (10 min)
This extremely panoramic and spectacular trip winds its way through deep canyons and gorges to the confluence of the Fanes, Travenenzes and Ra Vales valleys north of Cortina linking up hugely impressive sites in landscape and hydro-geological terms. The two walks underneath the Fanes waterfalls are truly spectacular.
From Pian de Loa enter the wood passing signs off to the left to Ponte Outo (Ponte Alto) and follow footpaths along the left bank of Rio Fanes throughout. Traversing the plain on its lower edge and passing close to two majestic historic trees (Ra ciòces), the path climbs in the direction of the slopes of Mt. Taburlo to the edge of the Rio Fanes gorge and continues on up to the exposed Cascate Basse di Fanes waterfall viewpoint.
Here the descent into the gorge and the most challenging section begins: those who do not feel up to this part can avoid it by climbing up to Ponte Outo from Pian de Loa on the opposite side following the Val di Fanes gravel track.
Transfer back to hotel (about 20 min).
